The New and Lost Business Report is used by managers to identify and analyze both newly acquired and lost customers within the current period. This report highlights new customers who have made purchases within the current period but had no sales in the previous twelve months. Similarly, it identifies lost business by pinpointing customers who had sales in the past twelve months but have not made any purchases in the last three months, associating these accounts with their respective salespersons.
